The new year is a good time for us to take the pulse of the library system, find out how we’re doing, how you use the library (or don’t use the library) and learn more about our customers.We’re one full year into the four-year levy that was passed by voters in February 2013. That levy allowed us to expand hours at the East Side, Hillyard and Indian Trail libraries at the beginning of 2014. This year we’ve added Sunday hours to the Shadle Library and we’re continuing to incorporate STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) into our lineup of workshops and classes at all the library locations.

Adaptation and flexibility are key in making sure our services meet customer’s needs so this type of periodic surveying really helps us in planning for the future. The results of past surveys have been very useful in previous planning processes. Your answers are greatly appreciated and will help us to better serve your library needs.  We hope that you’ll take this short survey so we can continue to improve our service to you.
